Arkansas developer proposes hotel in historic KC building

Little Rock, Arkansas, developer Beechwood Pinnacle Hotels is proposing a hotel in a 109-year-old historic Kansas City building.

Plans call for a $65.7 million AC Hotel by Marriott with 240 rooms, according to the Kansas City Business Journal.

Originally known as the Rialto Building, the property most recently was the Ozark National Life Insurance Building.
