Billionaire investment banker Warren Stephens, who leads Little Rock, Arkansas-based financial services company Stephens Inc., has been appointed to a role by President-elect Donald Trump.
Stephens is slated to take on the role of envoy to Britain.
The selection requires confirmation by the Senate.
