Conway, Arkansas-based Home BancShares Inc., the parent company of Centennial Bank, has inked an acquisition.
The company agreed to buy Knoxville, Tennessee-based Mountain Commerce Bancorp Inc. in a $150 million all-stock transaction.
Combined with Mountain Commerce, Home BancShares would have $25 billion in assets and roughly $19 billion in deposits.
