Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey ordered bars, gyms, water parks and other businesses to close again for at least a month amid rising coronavirus cases in the state.
“We can’t be under any illusion that this virus is going to go away on its own,” said Ducey, who also ordered public schools to delay the start of classes until at least Aug. 17.
Arizona began reopening in mid-May. On Sunday, the state reported 3,858 more confirmed coronavirus cases, the most in a single day for the state.
