RMMC Appraisal & Valuation Service opened for business in October 1997 at 600 Plaza Towers in Springfield.
Owned by Roberts, McKenzie, Mangan & Cummings PC, RMMC provides residential and commercial appraisals for lenders, investors and property owners, according to Ronald S. Phillips, Missouri state-certified general real estate appraiser and manager of RMMC appraisal operations.
The appraisal operations were developed to complement the valuations services offered by Roberts, McKenzie, Mangan & Cummings, according to a release from the company. Business valuations are performed for gift and estate planning, buy-sell agreements and income-tax transactions.
Hours for RMMC are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
