Are You Talking to the Right People?

Business Essentials

Founder of DeLong Plumbing, Heating & Air, Garry DeLong has some advice for anyone starting out in business. He says he had a lot of help when he started 30 years ago but he got some invaluable advice from people who had failed in business. He says that in a town the size of Springfield, word-of-mouth still counts for something so there's a need to create a positive reputation and treat others well. He also encourages joining professional and networking organizations. And always pay your taxes.
