Warren & Goodin Architects/Engineers PC was architect and engineer for the Village Bank at 1776 E. Independence. DeWitt & Associates Inc. was the general contractor for the 7,500-square-foot structure that was completed in June. The two-story building is built of structural steel with metal studs and masonry, with slab-on-grade structure. Full-service banking is available on the first floor and via drive-through lanes. The second floor houses offices and a board room.
