Architecture: Tulsa Marriott Renaissance Hotel and Conference Center

Lohmeyer Russell Architects was architect for the Tulsa Marriott Renaissance Hotel and Conference Center for owner/developer John Q. Hammons Industries. Scott Consulting Engineers was civil engineer and Malone, Finkle, Eckhardt & Collins was mechanical, plumbing, heating and ventilation engineer for the 300-room, 300,000-square-foot, full-service, atrium style hotel and convention center, which was completed in February. Flintco was the general contractor for the project via its Oklahoma office. The hotel includes 50,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, a full-service restaurant, wine bar and lounge, and indoor pool. Lohmeyer-Russell received the Oklahoma Associated Builders and Contractors Inc. 2003 Excellence in Construction Award for the $32.2 million project.
