JPS & Associates is architect for the redevelopment of an existing KMart into a new library center for the Laclede County Library in Lebanon. True Construction is general contractor for the 39,893-square-foot project, which will accommodate more than 6,000 square feet of future library expansion space, 3,400 square feet of leasable space and 2,100 square feet of community-use space. The design is based on the "Waves of Learning" concept.
