Buddy Webb & Co. is architect for Crossroad Development's Holiday Inn Hotel in Salem. Integrity Engineering is the engineer and David Gray Construction Inc. is the general contractor for the 46,600-square-foot hotel, which is worth an estimated $3.2 million and scheduled for completion this spring. The hotel has 65 rooms, six of which are considered suites, according to Webb. Amenities at the hotel include an indoor pool.
