Architecture: Fremont Hills Clubhouse Addition

H Design Group LLC is architect for the proposed clubhouse addition to Fremont Hills Country Club at 1953 Fremont Hills Drive. Howard Bailey Company is general contractor. Mettemeyer Engineering is structural engineer, and Malone, Finkle, Eckhardt & Collins is mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for the 8,000-square-foot project, which has an estimated completion date of summer. The basis of the design for the addition was to create a clubhouse that complements the golf course and serves as an anchor and a permanent landmark for the surroundings. The clubhouse will feature spaces that will allow flexibility for dining and special events. It will also house an enlarged pro shop and men's and women's locker rooms. A casual and elegant atmosphere promoting family and golf is further strengthened through the incorporation of exterior decks overlooking the pool veranda and golf course.
