Sam A. Winn AIA is architect for a new medical office building for Ferrell Duncan Clinic Inc. for owner/developer Ferrell Duncan Building Company II. Located in the 3600 block of South National, the 66,000-square-foot structure is scheduled for completion in March 2005. The general contractor has not yet been determined. Malone, Finkle, Eckhardt & Collins is mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. Anderson Engineering is civil engineer, HBH Engineers is structural engineer and Scott Consulting Engineers is handling landscaping. The estimated cost is $8.9 million. The three-story steel, masonry and glass structure will serve orthopedic, rheumatology and plastic-surgery physicians. The structure is designed in the style of the new Meyer Wellness Center, to which it will be connected via walkway, on the CoxHealth campus on South National Avenue.
