Architecture: Executive Coach Builders

Werner & Associates Architects LC was the architect for the new 100,000-square-foot location of Executive Coach Builders in Partnership Industrial Center West. Bell Building Systems was general contractor and LaRose & Schober Engineering and Engineering Consultants were engineers for the project, which was finished in June. According to previous coverage in Springfield Business Journal, Executive Coach owner David Bakare said the total project cost would exceed $2.7 million, and enable the company to add more employees and three new lines bus, funeral and specialty lines such as Bentley, Rolls Royce and Hummer production.
