Architecture: Embassy Suites Hotel, Hot Springs

Pellham Phillips Hagerman was architect and engineer for the Embassy Suites in Hot Springs, Ark. The 225,916-square-foot hotel is owned by John Q. Hammons Industries. The estimated construction cost of the hotel, which was completed in fall 2003, was $22.1 million. CDI Contractors of Little Rock is the general contractor.

Located in downtown Hot Springs and within walking distance of famous Bathhouse Row, the Embassy Suites Hot Springs features Spa Botanica, a full-service day spa, high-speed Internet, an open atrium and 246 guest suites. It connects via covered walkway to the newly expanded 360,000-square-foot Hot Springs Convention Center.
