Architecture: Ear Nose and Throat Clinic Operating Suite

Ireland and Associates Inc. is architect for the fifth-floor Regional Ear Nose & Throat Clinic operating room suite in St. John's Fremont Medical Office Building at 1229 E. Seminole. The owner/developer is St. John's Regional Health System. DeWitt & Associates Inc. is general contractor. Arnold Appel of CR Mechanical is mechanical, plumbing and medical gasses engineer, and Cathy Ponder of Stahl & Ponder is electrical engineer for the 5,071-square-foot suite, which has an estimated cost of $540,000. The suite is to be completed in April. The space will house the operating room and ancillary spaces for the Regional Ear Nose and Throat Clinic, which handles mostly pediatric cases.
