Oke-Thomas + Associates Architects is architect for this 128-bed residence hall for Drury University at 900 N. Benton. Smith-Goth Engineers Inc. is engineer and DeWitt & Associates is general contractor for the 46,000-square-foot project. The project, worth approximately $4.2 million, is scheduled for completion in December. The four-story structure will have 32 four-bedroom suites, seminar rooms, computer stations and flexible classroom facilities. It will serve as a prototype for future residence halls on campus.
