Architecture: Cobblestone Office Park

Bates & Associates is architect for Glendale Office Park LLC's Cobblestone Office Park Development on Ingram Mill Road. According to a story in the Dec. 1 issue of Springfield Business Journal, Great River Engineering is civil engineer and Pedigo Construction is general contractor. Pedigo Construction is owned by Tim Pedigo, who, with Greg Huntsman, is a partner in Glendale Office Park LLC. The 33,000-square-foot project is worth an estimated $2.15 million. It has six office buildings that range in size from 4,500 square feet to 6,000 square feet. The first phase is to be completed in early summer.
