Warren & Goodin Architects-Engineers PC is the architect and engineer for Cunningham Cos. LLC’s Meadow Springs apartment complex in Bentonville, Ark. Cunningham Development is the general contractor for the two-phase project. Phase I comprises 172 two- or three-bedroom apartments with two bathrooms, laundry connections, electric HVAC, balconies or patios, and a community building. Phase II comprises 80 additional apartment units. The two- and three-story buildings will be wood frame with brick veneer. Phase I is scheduled for completion in September; phase II is to be finished in March 2008.
