Scott Consulting Engineers PC is the landscape architect for a playground development at Howard Smith Park for the city of Strafford. SCE is assisting the Strafford Park Committee with master planning for Howard Smith Park and the schematic plan for its first phase. Phase I features concrete sidewalks, driveway and parking area, playground equipment for preschool and grade-school play areas and a splash pad with water-play features. The estimated cost is $250,000, and a Land & Water Conservation Fund grant is helping pay for the work. Completion is set for spring 2008. [[In-content Ad]]
