JPS & Associates Inc. is the architect for two four-bedroom cottages for Prairie Dunes Country Club in Hutchinson, Kan. Wells & Scaletty LLC is the engineer. Each cottage will be 4,000 square feet, with a common kitchen, living room, dining area and storm shelter. Each bedroom will have its own full bath. The style of the cottages, which will be available for use by club members, will match the Kansas farmhouse style used for the clubhouse. The estimated cost of the project is $950,000.
