Architects: Jack Ball and Associates Architects PC

Jack Ball and Associates Architects PC is the architect for downtown revitalization programming, planning and architectural services for the city of El Dorado Springs. HBH Engineers LLC is the engineer for the $450,000 project. Jack Ball and Associates is working with the city of El Dorado Springs, Heritage Research Co., The Spring City Revitalization Group and area residents and businesses to revitalize El Dorado’s downtown business district. The project is funded in part with Community Development Block Grant funds and involves both private sector buildings and public infrastructure improvements. Work involving private buildings addresses the feasibility of restoring and preserving buildings to their original architecture. Public improvements incorporate the same historical perspective where appropriate, and the plan coordinates both public and private improvements for consistency. The plan also is designed to improve pedestrian access and safety to meet Walkable Communities Program standards. A completion date has not been determined. [[In-content Ad]]
