Architects: H Design Group LLC

H Design Group is the architect for The Condos at Lakeside for G & G Development, comprised of Clay and Cheryl Graham and Bill Griffin. Jack Ball and Associates Architects PC served as architectural consultant. Engineers are Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and HBH Engineers LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. This project comprises the first of seven buildings for the Camdenton development, which fronts Lake of the Ozarks. Each of the 22-unit structures will feature condominium layouts ranging in size from 1,300 square feet to more than 2,600 square feet. G & G Development is acting as its own general contractor for the project, which is scheduled for completion in the fall.
