Warren & Goodin is the architect and engineer for 30 two-story apartment structures for Cunningham Development Inc., in a project that represents Phase I of the development. Cunningham Construction Inc. is the general contractor for the project, which entails 40 one-bedroom, 168 two-bedroom and 32 three-bedroom apartments. The two- and three- bedroom units each have two full baths, and all units come with air conditioning and all appliances. A community building, outdoor swimming pool and play area are included in Phase I, which will cost an estimated $11 million. Phase II will be similar. Phase I completion is slated for March 2009.
