Warren & Goodin is the architect and engineer for the Nambe Pueblo Tribe’s water park in Pojoaque, New Mexico. A general contractor has not yet been selected. The project will develop a 33-acre site into a year-round water park with parking, an office complex with lockers, gift shop, food service, lounge and restrooms. The aquatic arena will include a wave pool, lazy river, adult and youth activity pools, water slides, waterfalls, interactive multi-pool complexes, and filtration and pump facilities. Cost and lender information was not disclosed, but completion is scheduled for spring 2009.
