Slone Architects Inc. is the architect for a 25,322-square-foot facility that will provide corporate offices and related operations for Metropolitan National Bank. Engineers are Lee Engineering & Associates, civil; Crocker Consulting Engineers, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Edelman Engineering, structural. Morelock-Ross Builders is the general contractor for the center, which is located at 3340 E. Cherry St. Exterior materials will include brick, architectural cast stone, aluminum frame storefront and window systems, blue-tint glazing and metal wall-panel systems. Completion is set for fall.
