Architects & Engineers Winter 2008 Project Report: Pellham Phillips Architects & Engineers

Pellham Phillips is the engineer, architect and interior designer for a facility to replace Ava’s City Hall. General contractor and cost information have not yet been determined. The 10,630-square-foot building will have masonry and an exterior insulation finish system. There will be a lobby, City Council chambers, a conference room and a basement for archive storage. There also will be offices for the mayor, city clerk and support staff. The expanded City Hall also will house the city’s utilities department with a drive-through window for payments.
