Ozark Mountain Consultants is the engineer for an 82-acre business park zoned for several uses, including light manufacturing and general business. Brookline Property Development LLC and member Keith Roberts are the owner-developer of the project, located just off James River Expressway and Interstate 44. Wood & Huston Bank is the lender for the project, which is scheduled for completion in the spring.
