Architects & Engineers Winter 2008 Project Report: Larose & Schober Engineering Inc.

LaRose & Schober is the mechanical and electrical engineer for Dr. Tedd Hamaker’s 6,600-square-foot veterinary office near Springfield’s Sequiota Park. Tom Edelman Engineering is the structural engineer, and ESC Inc. is the civil engineer. Flintco Inc. is the general contractor. According to a building permit on file with the city of Springfield, the project’s estimated construction cost is $900,000. The lender is Countryside Bank. The office is designed to be historically compatible with the commercial structures situated along the Galloway Creek valley at the end of the 19th century. There will be six exam rooms, surgery and X-ray suites; grooming, boarding and exercise areas for dogs; and rooms with exterior views for cats. Completion is slated for March. [[In-content Ad]]
