Architects & Engineers Winter 2008 Project Report: Ireland and Associates Inc.

Ireland and Associates is the architect for a renovation project that will convert an old building into a larger City Hall for the city of Waynesville. Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer, and Packard Engineering is the structural engineer. Interior Planning Consultants Inc. is the interior designer, and Bales Construction Co. Inc. is the general contractor. The project, which will cost an estimated $500,000, will allow for more seating in Waynesville City Council chambers. The building features brickwork not seen in today’s craftsmanship. Completion is slated for March.
