Jack K. Hood of Hood-Rich Inc. is the architect for an 8,400-square-foot building that will be adjacent to the Willard R-IV School District’s track and football field. Paul Black of Hood-Rich is the structural engineer; and the firm’s Jeffrey Bentley is the civil engineer. Smith-Goth Engineers Inc. is the HVAC, electrical and plumbing engineer. Nesbitt Construction Co. is the general contractor for the project, which will cost an estimated $711,000. The facility will have three locker rooms, offices, a training room, restroom, showers and storage. Completion is scheduled for this summer.
