Architect Craig A. Schneider and associate architect Matthew Thornton of Esterly, Schneider & Associates designed Legacy Bank & Trust Co.’s Rogersville branch, now under construction. Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer, and Kansas City-based Bob D. Campbell & Co. is the structural engineer. A. Deckard Interiors LLC is the interior designer, and GRS Construction LLC is the general contractor. The bank will have a lobby, five drive-through lanes and an automated teller machine, as well as offices, a vault and a conference room, among other amenities. The project design takes into account several factors, including building orientation, access and vehicular and pedestrian circulation. Construction is slated for completion in April.
