Description: Scott Consulting Engineers is civil engineer and surveyor for this 21,800-square-foot phase of Missouri State University's JVIC project working with architecture firms Ross & Baruzzini Inc., of St. Louis, and Sapp Design Associates Architects PC. Ross & Baruzzini is mechanical and electrical engineer, and Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc. is the structural engineer. Scott Consulting Engineers provided boundary and topographic surveys and site civil engineering that included grading, paving, drainage, erosion and sediment control, utilities and construction observation. Scott Consulting also designed a streetscape project that integrates with the overall JVIC design. Completion is slated for April.
