Description: Meridian Structural Works is the structural engineer for this hotel, which is part of the 700,000-square-foot Oklahoma Plaza lifestyle retail center developed by Springfield-based Resource Development Inc. Smith-Goth Engineers Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer, and Olsson Associates Inc. is the civil engineer. Creative Ink Architects LLC is the architect for the 60,000-square-foot hotel, which will be built above 20,000 square feet of shops and restaurants at the street level. The hotel will have 140 guest rooms on three levels, as well as conference space, business center and health club. Completion is slated for late 2009.
