Description: Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins is mechanical and electrical engineer for Heritage Harbor Development's 92,925-square-foot boutique hotel on the banks of the Illinois River. Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc. is the architect. Other engineers are G.A. Blocker, civil, and Butler, Rosenbury & Partners, structural. The four-story hotel will have a full-service spa, restaurant, ballrooms and a combination indoor/outdoor pool. Completion is slated for 2010.
