Description: Lohmeyer-Russell is the architect for a multiphase project for The Baptist Home. This phase covers new construction and the replacement of existing assisted living and residential care wingas at the home south of St. Louis. Interior Planning Consultants is the interior designer. The existing dining, physical therapy and support wing will make way for a new chapel, dining area and administrative, physical therapy, and support spaces. This phase comprises 115,000 square feet of new construction and 12,000 square feet of renovations, including a new roof, community area and laundry addition for the intermediate care/skilled nursing wing.
