Description: Latifi Engineering is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for Price Cutter Supermarkets' South Street Market, to be located in the former Wheeler's Furniture building in downtown Springfield. Steve Warlick of Bates & Associates Inc., which is providing the architectural design, said the 11,800-square-foot store will have a deli. Building owners Morris and Debra Dock are converting the upper levels of the building into loft apartments. Completion of the store is slated for spring.
