Description: H Design Group is the architect for Miller-O'Reilly Co.'s 129,000-square-foot Eko Park development. Engineers are Colvin Jones Davis LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; Pinnacle Design Consultants LLC, structural; and Olsson Associates Inc., civil. The 114-unit project is designed to be one of Springfield's first sustainable apartment developments, with a focus on energy efficiency and recycled materials. There also is integration of current technological trends. The clubhouse will have a wireless coffee lounge with connectivity extending outdoors, under a large covered patio, to the exterior saltwater pool area. There will be a fitness center and an interactive biking center. Completion is slated for September.
