Description: Godwin & Associates is the civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer and the architect for Gulberg LLC's three-phase Crescent Care project. Phase I, with 50,000 square feet, will be a 120-bed skilled nursing facility with dining room, pharmacy, occupational therapy and rehabilitation center. The storm-water regulation system provides underground storage, offline water-quality treatment and storm filters. Completion is slated for fall 2010.[[In-content Ad]]
