Description: Esterly Scheider & Associates is the architect for the historic restoration of the Olivia Building, with work scheduled to begin this month. Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is the mechanical and electrical engineer, and Miller Engineering PC is the structural engineer. Stonesthrow Properties' five-story red brick building will house 31 apartments with one or two bedrooms and updated kitchens. Many of the units will have the original hardwood floors and fireplaces, with restored large-scale hardwood throughout. There will be a banquet facility that can accommodate up to 200 guests on the fifth floor, for weddings and other special events. Completion is scheduled for early summer.
