Description: Deka Engineering is the civil engineer for Grandtex Enterprises' 13,980-square-foot office and retail center in Ozark. Burns & Associates is the architect. Other engineers are Earl Bowlin, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, and OS Engineering, structural. Deka designed site grading, storm-water and water retention for the project, which also provides 21 on-site and 35 off-site parking spaces.
