Estimated Cost: $4.4 million for each of the two buildings, according to the city's Building Development Services Department

Description: Casey Architecture is the architect for two, three-story buildings on the Springfield campus of Monett-based Jack Henry & Associates. Engineers are Bob D. Campbell, structural; Larson Binkley, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Great River Engineering, civil. Grooms Office Environments is the interior designer. The buildings comprise 163,000 square feet and are designed with steel framing and pitched roofs. The exteriors are stone and stucco veneer. The mechanical system will have geothermal heat pumps, energy recovery units and occupancy sensors for lighting and building automation controls. Completion is slated for mid-2010.
