Description: Buxton-Kubik-Dodd is the architect and interior designer for the remodeling of Terry Fortner's 1950s-era office building into an Old World-style, multitenant facility. Engineers for the project are Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and Olsson Associates Inc., mechanical and civil. The existing flat-roof structure was partially demolished to allow for a full interior and exterior renovation and a new façade. A two-story addition is included in the project. Building and renovations have occurred in phases to allow the agency and other tenants to occupy the building throughout the process. The final phase of interior remodeling is slated to be finished this month.
