Description: Baron Design is the architect and interior designer for Cardinal Developers' interior and exterior renovation of a five-story, 60-unit senior housing complex. Colvin Jones Davis LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer, and Silverhill Co. is the structural engineer. Renovations to the 46,925-square-foot structure include a new entrance canopy with skylight, window replacements, brick wainscoting around the perimeter of the building, awnings, landscaping, interior finishes, appliances and laundry rooms.
