Architects: Baron Design & Associates LLC

Baron Design & Associates LLC is the architect for OakStar Bank’s first permanent branch at 1020 E. Battlefield Road. Colvin Jones Davis LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for the three-story structure, and Silverhill Co. LLC is the structural engineer. Killian Construction is the general contractor for the 28,000-square-foot facility, which will be built using a steel frame with a cast stone veneer. The front façade, designed with a massive curtain wall, leads into an open atrium with a stainless steel sculpture. Executive offices, conference rooms, cubicles, a break room and a large training/multipurpose space are included in the project, which has a price tag between $5 million and $6 million.
