Warren & Goodin is the architect for Phase I of Cunningham Cos.’ Native American Casino. Warren & Goodin also is providing all engineering for the 41,000-square-foot project, which has an estimated cost of $5 million. Cunningham Cos. is the general contractor for the facility, which will have 800 slot machines and table games, and areas for dining, lounge, security and business. The casino project is slated for completion in early 2012.
