Engineers are Crocker Consulting Engineers Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Edelman Engineering Corp., structural. Slone designed a similar Hank’s store in Sherwood, Ark. With an estimated construction cost of $6.5 million, this store comprises 91,000 square feet, with a furniture sales showroom. The green-designed structure is pre-engineered steel, and there is LED lighting throughout. Completion is slated for November.
