Architect: Sam A. Winn & Associates Architects PC

Sam A. Winn & Associates Architects PC is the architect for improvements on several floors of Ferrell-Duncan Clinic for CoxHealth. LaRose & Schober Engineering Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer, and Nu-Way Construction is the general contractor. Improvements will be made in the lobbies of the second, fourth and fifth floors, and in dermatology on the third floor and urology on the fifth floor. The project includes adding new reception desks and cashier stations and private offices for a financial officer. Work is to be finished by November.
