Architect: Sam A. Winn & Associates Architects PC

Sam A. Winn & Associates is the design for classroom and cafeteria additions for St. Paul Lutheran School. The 4,200-square-foot cafeteria and administration expansion includes a concession stand as well as restrooms and offices for school administrators and church pastors and staff. An 8,200-square-foot, two-story expansion adds seven classrooms, including a science lab and an art room. Engineers are LaRose & Schober Engineering Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and JR Haney & Associates, structural. The project has an estimated cost of $1.25 million and the general contractor is to be determined.
