Architect: Ross Williams Architects

Ross Williams Architects is the architect for 40 cabins for Titusville, Fla.-based Patterson Patterson LLC. The roughly $18 million project comprises units ranging from 1,300 to 5,200 square feet with one, four or six bedrooms. Engineering is by Rozell Engineering Co. Inc. The units, which will be available for nightly rentals, are scheduled for completion in 2012, with Patterson-Thomas LLC as the general contractor.
