Ross Williams Architects is the architect for the Dinh Quang Buddhist Temple under construction by general contractor Masonry Structures Inc. Engineers for the project are Lee Engineering, civil and Donald Tate, structural and mechanical, electrical and plumbing. With an estimated cost of $727,000, the 4,800-square-foot facility is financed by Empire Bank. Landscaping will feature hand-carved marble furnishings from Vietnam, including a 17-foot-tall, 12-ton Buddha statue, set on a 7-foot-tall solid concrete vase. There also will be a 2-ton incense bowl and a 1-ton table. Completion is slated for August.
